 HOA Reform League, Inc. is dedicated to protecting homeowners from abusive, unlawful, and predatory homeowners' association practices through education, advocacy, and by demanding accountability. 

We advocate for enforcement of the existing laws, promote transparency and fairness in association governance, and empower homeowners to defend their property rights. 

OUR GOAL: 

1. Build a Nationwide Movement for HOA Reform

Establish a unified national network of HOA Reform League state charters that operate under our corporate principles, advancing the cause of fairness, accountability, and transparency in every state, ensuring that associations serve homeowners effectively.

2. Empower State Leadership and Local Governance

Support state-level organizations in managing their operations, outreach, and funding while aligning with the national vision of protecting homeowners and promoting lawful governance within homeowners associations.

3. Develop a Sustainable Funding Framework

Implement a structured funding system that allows national and state levels to collaborate effectively, ensuring that donations and programs directly benefit homeowners and support HOA accountability within each state.

4. Promote Education and Advocacy Nationwide

Create and share educational programs, training materials, and advocacy resources that empower homeowners, strengthen local efforts, and promote Homeowners Association Reform through legislative changes across the country.

5. Ensure Transparency and Integrity in Association Management

Champion nationwide standards of ethics, record access, and fairness that hold association boards and management companies accountable to the homeowners they serve, emphasizing the importance of transparency in association management.

6. Support Legal and Legislative Reform

Work with lawmakers, attorneys, and advocacy partners to advance fair housing laws and reforms that protect homeowners from abuse, discrimination, and financial exploitation, reinforcing homeowners rights.

7. Unite Communities Under a Common Vision

Foster cooperation among states, chapters, and citizens to build a movement grounded in integrity, respect, and peaceful advocacy, returning ownership of associations to the homeowners who live in them.
